Add editAs Property for 2-cell Anchor Drawings (#2674)
* Add editAs Property for 2-cell Anchor Drawings

This change builds on PR #2532 (@naotake51 as PR #2532), using ideas from PR #2237 (@AdamGaskins), which has had changes requested for several months. It covers a lot of the same ground as 2532. In Excel, two-cell anchor drawings can be edited as "twocell", "onecell", or "absolute". This PR adds support for those options, with a sample file that demonstrates the difference in addition to unit tests. Several other tests are added to improve the spotty coverage for Drawings.

There have been several other tickets referencing two cell anchors, including issue #1159 and PR #1160 (@sgarwood, who also added support for editAs), PR #643, and issue #126, all now closed but not necessarily entirely resolved. I will try to ensure that those tickets are addressed with this one.

And, in trying to make sure 1160 is covered, I stumbled upon a bug. If you use the same image resource to create two+ memory drawings, the MemoryDrawing destructor for the first will cause the rest to generate a very long warning message. This is not a problem for Php8+, only for Php7-. I have suppressed the message in the MemoryDrawing constructor. 1160 went stale due to an unresolved test error, but I don't think this was the problem. At any rate, its test works now.

* Scrutinizer

It reported 1 minor issue (fixed normally), and 2 major. One is fixed with a kludge. The other is a case where Scrutinizer's analysis is just wrong, and I can't figure out a kludge. But I was able to add an annotation (the first time I've managed to get one past phpcs/php-cs-fixer). We'll see.

Phpstan Differences from Php7 to Php8, Again (#2665)
These changes have already been implemented twice, and been regressed twice. I'll try once more (with a different approach), then give up ...

As configured, Phpstan running under Php7 reports no errors. However, running under Php8, it reports 100 (!) errors. The vast majority of these are due to two reasons:
- renaming parameters in Php builtin functions in preparation for named parameters.
- using the new class GdImage rather than type resource as the argument type for many image-based functions.

Regardless of the cause, this will be a problem sooner or later. This PR is an attempt to get ahead of that problem. For source members, it mostly adds annotations or updates doc-blocks. Only 2 members have changes to executable code, and these are very minor - BitWise and Writer/Xlsx. For test members, all baseline errors are deleted and the code is fixed. Php7 and Php8 both report no errors with this configuration.

Format as Table for Xlsx
Initial implementation of Excel's tables feature (i.e. Select Home >
Format as Table in Excel App).

Tables are similar to AutoFilter but tables have other advantages like
named ranges, easy formatting, totals row and header row with filter.
Tables can also be converted to charts and pivot tables easily.

Usage:
$table = new Table();
$table->setName('Sales_Data');
$table->setRange('A1:D17');
$spreadsheet->getActiveSheet()->addTable($table);

In this Commit:
- Added Table API with initial support for header and totals row.
- Added complete styling options for Table.
- Added Xlsx Writer for Table.
- Added samples.
- Covered with unit tests.

To be done:
- Filter expressions similar to AutoFilter.
- Precalucate formulas for totals row (Check sample 2).
- Table named ranges in formulas and calculation.

Phpstan Differences from Php7 to Php8 (#2631)
These changes were already implemented as PR #2428. They were, alas, regressed by PR #2585. If at first you don't succeed ...

For source members, it tweaks only the Phpstan configuration files, without changing any PhpSpreadsheet code. For the small number of test members involved, the code is fixed. Php7 and Php8 both report no errors with this configuration.

Because this involves no changes to code, and because Phpstan baseline is a common cause of merge difficulties, I will probably merge this in a day or two, more quickly than I customarily do.

Recalibrate Row/Column Dimensions After removeRow/Col (#2486)
Fix #2442. Although data and styles are handled correctly after removing row(s) or column(s), the dimensions of the removed rows and columns remain behind to afflict their replacements. This PR will take care of removing the dimensions as well.

Dimensions has a _clone method for a deep clone, but all of its properties, as well as the properties of RowDimensions and ColumnDimensions, are scalars, and do not require a deep clone. The method is deleted.

Improve PDF Support for Page Size and Orientation (#2410)
Fix #1691. PhpSpreadsheet allows the setting of different page size and orientation on each worksheet. It also allows the setting of page size and orientation on the PDF writer. It isn't clear which is supposed to prevail when the two are in conflict. In the cited issue, the user expects the PDF writer setting to prevail, and I tend to agree. Code is changed to do this, and handling things in this manner is now explicitly documented.

PhpSpreadsheet uses a default paper size of Letter, and a default orientation of Default (which Excel treats as Portrait). New static routines are added to change the default for sheets created subsequent to such calls. This could allow users to configure these defaults better for their environments. The new functions are added to the documentation.

AutoFilter Improvements (#2393)
* AutoFilter Improvements

Fix issue #2378. The following changes are made:
- NotEqual tests must be part of a custom filter. Documentation has been changed to indicate that.
- Method setAndOr was replaced by setJoin some time ago. Documentation now reflects that change.
- Documentation to indicate that string filters are not case-sensitive, same as in Excel.
- Filters testing against numeric value now include a numeric test (not numeric for not equal, numeric for all others).
- String filter had previously treated everything as a test for "equal". It now handles "not equal" and the variants of "greater/less" with or without "equal".
- Documentation correctly stated that no more than 2 rules are allowed in a custom filter. Code did not enforce this restriction. It now does, throwing an exception if an attempt is made to add a third rule.
- Deleted a lot of comments in Rule.php to make it easier to see what is not yet implemented (between, begins with, etc.). I may take these on in future.
- Added a number of tests for the new functionality.

Cache Results for Tests Involving NOW and TODAY Functions (#2311)
My bulletproofing of these tests was not yet sufficient. Although I have never had a failure in probably thousands of tests, one user submitted a PR which did fail testing NOW, fortunately not in a test that is required to pass. The problem is that it is not sufficient merely to set the cell value inside a do-while loop; it is necessary to calculate it in order to cache its result so that results based on that cell will be internally consistent.

No source code is changed for this PR, just some tests.

Owen Leibman a735afc088 Autofilter Part 2
Most of the remaining 32-bit-unsafe date handling that remains in PhpSpreadsheet is in AutoFilter. Cleaning this up demonstrated that there are a lot of problems with AutoFilter, and I will do it in two pieces. Part 1 was PR #2141 which I have just merged.

In this PR:
- Fix remaining 32-bit dates in filterTestInDateGroupSet.
- Also in some of the existing AutoFilter samples. Note that the comments in two of those said the filter was being set for the first day of each month, but the code specifies the last day - I have corrected the comments.
- Remove mocking in unit tests for AutoFilter in favor of 'real' tests.
- Code coverage is now 100% in all of AutoFilter, AutoFilter/Column, and AutoFilter/Common/Rule.
- No remaining AutoFilter(/Column(/Rule)) exceptions in Phpstan baseline.
- Documentation for escaping of asterisk, question mark, and tilde in text filters included spurious backslashes which are now removed.
- Text filter escaping of question mark did not work. There had been no unit tests for any text filtering.
- Likewise there had been no testing for TopTen.
- Above- and below- average filters were not working because they acquired their Calculation instance incorrectly. There had been no tests.
- Several unchanging private static arrays in Rule were changed to private const arrays.
- Clones are now tested.
- RuleTest is moved to same directory as other tests.

Owen Leibman b19fcef51f Autofilter Part 1
Most of the remaining 32-bit-unsafe date handling that remains in PhpSpreadsheet is in AutoFilter. Cleaning this up demonstrated that there are a lot of problems with AutoFilter, and I will do it in (probably two) pieces.

In this PR:
- Dynamic date processing was really wrong. There were no tests nor samples to exercise this code. (If you need details, you can try running the new sample against old code.) It is completely re-written.
- ThisYear/Month/Week/Quarter had been omitted.
- Rules such as AUTOFILTER_RULETYPE_DYNAMIC_MONTH_2 were almost correct, but showed some off-by-1 errors. I suspect these were timezone-related, and therefore more obvious to those of us far away from Greenwich.
- All Autofilter tests are moved to a single directory.
- The documentation suggested using null with the Dynamic Date setup, but Phpstan did not like that in my new tests/samples. Rather than change the doc block, I changed the documentation to suggest null string.
- I created a new sample to generate sheets using all the dynamic filters.
- I have added some new unit tests for each of the dynamic filters. I would love to be able to add some "time travel" tests because the dynamic nature of the filter makes most of the results change from day to day, which presents significant challenges in writing comprehensive unit tests (the same is true for code coverage). I was not able to find a good way to simulate time within PhpUnit, but the Linux 'faketime' package was extraordinarily easy and helpful in allowing me to confirm some edge cases. I had less satisfactory results with some Windows equivalents, but was still able to run some tests.
- Code coverage increases from below 60% to above 80%.

To be done:
- Some 32-bit unsafe dates remain in filterTestInDateGroupSet.
- Also in some of the existing AutoFilter samples.
- Study existing unit tests for AutoFilter which use mocking to see if they can/should be replaced with 'real' tests.
- Improve code coverage in AutoFilter, AutoFilter/Column, and AutoFilter/Common/Rule.

BREAKING `Worksheet::getCell()` cannot return null anymore
`Worksheet::getCell()` used to optionnaly return null if passed a
second argument. This second argument was removed entirely and the
method always returns a Cell (possibly creating it if needed).

This make the API more predictable and easier to do static analysis
with tools such as PHPStan.

If you relied on that second parameter, you should instead use the
`Worksheet::cellExists()` before calling `getCell()`.

Apply Column and Row Styles to Existing Cells (#1721)
* Apply Column and Row Styles to Existing Cells

This is a fix for issue #1712.
When a style is applied to an entire row or column, it is currently
only effective for cells which don't already contain a value.
The code needs to iterate through existing cells in the row/column
in order to apply the style to them.
This could be considered a breaking change, however, I believe that
the change makes things operate as users would expect, and that the
existing implementation is incomplete.

The change also removes protected element conditionalStyles from
the Style class. That element is an unused remnant, and can no longer be
set or retrieved - methods getConditionalStyles and setConditionalStyles
actually act on an element in the Worksheet class.

Finally, additional tests are added so that Style, and in fact the
entire Style directory, now has 100% test coverage.

* Scrutinizer Changes

Scrutinizer flagged 6 statements. 5 can be easily corrected.
One is absolutely wrong (it thinks iterating through cells in column
can return null). Let's see if we can satisfy it.

* Remove Exception For CellIterator on Empty Row/Column

For my first attempt at this change, which corrects a bug by updating styles
for non-empty cells when a style is set on a row or column, I wished to make things
more efficient by using setIterateOnlyExistingCells, something which the
existing documentation recommends. This caused an exception to be generated
when the row or column is empty. So I removed that part of the change while I
researched what was going on.

I have completed that research. The existing code does throw an exception
when the row/column is empty and iterateOnlyExistingCells is true. However,
that does not seem like a reasonable action. This situation is analagous to
iterating over an empty array, and that action is legal and does not throw.
The same should apply here. There were no tests for this situation,
and now there are.

I have added additional tests, and coverage for all of RowCellIterator,
ColumnCellIterator, and CellIterator are all now 100%. Some of my new tests
were added in new members, because the existing tests all relied on mocking,
which was not the best choice for the new tests. One of the existing tests
for RowCellIteratorTest (testSeekOutOfRange) was wrong; it issued the expected
exception, but for the wrong reason. I have added an additional test to
ensure that it fails "correctly".

The existing documentation says that the default value for
IterateOnlyExistingCells is true. In fact, the default value is false.
I have corrected the documentation.

* More Scrutinizer

I believe its analysis is incorrect, but this should silence it.

* DocBlock Correction

ColumnCellIterator DocBlock for current indicated it could return null
or Cell, but it can really return only Cell. This had caused Scrutinizer
to complain earlier.

* PHP8 Environment Appears to be Fixed

Cosmetic change to Doc member. I suspect there is a way to rerun all
the tests without another push, but I have been unable to figure out how.

Fix removing last row incorrect behavior
`$highestRow = $this->getHighestDataRow();` was calculated after `$this->getCellCollection()->removeRow($pRow + $r);` - this is the root reason for incorrect rows removal because removing last row will change '$this->getHighestDataRow()' value, but removing row from the middle will not change it. So, removing last row causes incorrect `$highestRow` value that is used for wiping out empty rows from the bottom of the table:
```php
for ($r = 0; $r < $pNumRows; ++$r) {
    $this->getCellCollection()->removeRow($highestRow);
    --$highestRow;
}
```
To prevent this incorrect behavior I've moved highest row calculation before row removal.
But this still doesn't solve another problem when trying remove non existing rows: in this case the code above will remove `$pNumRows` rows from below of the table, e.g. if `$highestRow=4` and `$pNumRows=6`, than rows 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, -1 will be deleted. Obviously, this is not good, that is why I've added `$removedRowsCounter` to fix this issue.
And finally, moved Exception to early if statement to get away from unnecessary 'if-else'.

Fixes #1364
Closes #1365
