Reduce number of interfaces and classes

Remove RouterInterface, Route, and RouteTarget
Change signature of DispatcherInterface::getResponse() to include args
Update classes to match new DispatcherInterface::getResponse()

This update simplifies the API significantly with most classes now
simply needing to implement DispatcherInterface
